Permanent, ammonia-free hair color built on Madison Reed's Smart 8-Free formula standard, which means formulated without: ammonia, PPD, resorcinol, parabens, phthalates, gluten, SLS, or titanium dioxide. All of our hair color formulas are also infused with nourishing keratin, argan oil, and ginseng root extract for added softness and shine.
Radiant Hair Color uses a cream conditioning base rather than the gel-based delivery in most box dyes. The cream base helps create a barrier on the scalp from the dyes in the formula, provides conditioning benefits to hair during processing, delivers more consistent, uniform results, and helps prevent overlap with prior applications - so hair is less likely to overprocess over time.
