First Grade Teacher and Prima Senior Leader/Independent Stylist with Ruby Ribbon
Hometown: Delaware County, PA
Hair Color: Dark brown
Suggested Color: Madison Reed’s Trieste Red
It’s hard to believe we have the same hours of the day as Sheila Kennedy, a mom of three and a full-time first grade teacher, who also daylights as a stylist and manager at
Ruby Ribbon. She’s revving up the entrepreneurial culture at the rising start-up that sells shape wear designed as outerwear (think slimming cammies–not your grandmother’s girdle). With her boundless drive and zest for life, Sheila’s energy is infectious whether she’s teaching ABC’s or motivating her sales team.
Favorite Movies: Titanic & Good Will Hunting
Favorite Music: top 40 pop/dance & anything Latin

Favorite Food: Anything Italian!
Favorite Drink: Pomegranate martini or a “Shark Bite”
Favorite Designer: Can’t choose just one: Ralph Lauren, Christian Dior, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Versace, and most notable for my Ruby Ribbon business is Cami Raymond
Hair-styling Trick: I wish I had a trick; I’m still trying to figure that one out! I like to finish my hair style with a little shine spray or apply oil to the ends.
Swear-by Beauty Habit: Always remove make-up at night and go to bed with a clean face.
Morning Routine: Wake up early before everyone else, enjoy some quiet time to reflect and plan for the day ahead, then fit in a workout: walk, run or Zumba. It depends on my mood.
Beauty Mantra: Beauty comes from within; that’s why I love Ruby Ribbon’s statement of “beautiful inside and out” because when you have the confidence inside to feel beautiful, it shines through.
Tip from Mom: Be yourself; do whatever makes you feel good & gives you confidence.

Favorite Lip Shade: Neutral called “Liar” by Urban Decay
Favorite Mascara: Arbonne’s “It’s a long story”

Beauty Traveling Tip: Only take the necessities; makeup in neutral shades go with everything and give a clean, natural look. And a set of hot rollers can smooth, curl or give body to any hairstyle!
Favorite Antiaging Product: Arbonne’s RE9 corrective eye cream and Rodan & Fields Redefine overnight restorative cream
Always in Your Beauty Bag: lip gloss
Perfect Day: Surrounded by those that make me feel good and that I can make feel good too, a day filled with positive energy and happiness, no sickness, pain or regrets.
Instant Mood Lifter: Favorite song turned up loud
R&R: Getting lost in a good book on a warm and sunny day while listening to the waves crash onto the shoreline.
Most Recent Milestone: Within six months, I started my own business with Ruby Ribbon and have promoted to Senior Leader with two direct leaders on my team.
Best Career Advice: Follow your heart and find what you are passionate about; when you do, you will never work a day in your life!
Your Greatest Achievement: Being mom to my three amazing children!
Words to live by: I have two mottos.
1. Sometimes we’re all too quick to count down the days that we forget to make the days count.
2. If it is important to you, you will find a way; if not, you’ll find an excuse.
