If you have already left your confirmation page, you can get to your Order Details here: https://www.madison-reed.com/dashboard/orders
On the Order Details page, click into the Pending order you have just placed, and click Cancel Order. You will get a pop up asking you to confirm the cancelation. Click Cancel Order once more.

How do I cancel an order I just placed?
You have 60 minutes to cancel an order you have already placed. The Color Crew team cannot cancel orders for you after this time period.
Here are the steps to canceling an order on our website within 60 minutes of placing the order:
Immediately after placing your order you will be taken to a confirmation page thanking you for placing your order with an order number. Click the large button the says Edit My Order, and you will be taken to your Order Details page.
