Our service packages are designed to give you flexibility in your hair care routine. When you purchase a service package, you’ll get 4 service credits to be used on your own cadence and you’ll save up to 25% off the regular price of the service.
Once you purchase your service package, either online or in one of our 87 Hair Color Bars, the service credits will be added to your account. When booking your service appointment online, your credit will automatically be applied. Your credit can also be applied at point of sale at your next appointment.
Yes, all packages have an expiration date from the date of purchase. All Over Color and Partial Highlight packages expire 9 months, or 274 days. The Gloss and Blow Dry package expires 6 months, or 183 days from date of purchase.
Other promotions cannot further discount the cost of the service(s). However, other promotions can be used in a single transaction. If you are a Limitless Pro or Pro+ member, you will still receive your root service covered as part of your membership.
No, if a package is a multi-service package, it needs to be redeemed as though it is one service.
