Shipping and tracking information
Where can I find my shipping and tracking information?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. The shipping notification email is titled "Your order has shipped" Open the email and click the purple button that says "Track Your Order"
On the Website:
Log in to your account
Underneath the Welcome section, you will see a section titled "Your Order" with a blue progress bar currently at "Shipping"
Next to the products ordered, click the purple box to "Track my box"
On the Mobile App:
Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
At the bottom of the screen there is a “Home” Icon, tap on that if you are not there automatically.
The ‘Coming Up’ button at the top should be purple, if not, select it.
Scroll down to see your upcoming appointments and orders
Scroll down to your most recent order.
Click on the box that says ‘Track Order’
You will be taken out of the app to our tracking system, where you will see the estimated delivery and tracking information.
