Edit my subscription frequency
How can I edit my subscription frequency?
On the Website:
- Log in to Madison-Reed.com
- If your subscription is scheduled to ship in the next 10 days, scroll down to the box that says Your Subscriptions and Next Shipment info, and click "Manage Subscription"
- If your subscription is set to ship in more than 10 days, click on "Subscriptions" from the top navigation menu
- Next to the subscription you would like to cancel, click "Manage"
- Scroll past the subscriptions details at the top of the page and you will see a set of four buttons
- Click on the third of the four buttons, "Change Frequency"
- A pop up will appear with a drop down menu of the available frequencies you can set
- Click the purple "Save" button
- You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"
* Please note that this does not reflect the upcoming shipment. The updated frequency will reflect after the next shipment. The next shipment date will have to updated separately.
On the Mobile App:
- Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
- Click on the button, “Membership”
- Click on the button, "Edit Frequency"
- You will be taken to a screen with a menu of the available frequencies you can set
- Select your desired frequency, it will turn purple
- Click the purple "Confirm" button at the top right of your screen
- You will then see your newly selected frequency displayed under “current frequency”
