Change my color on subscription
How can I change my color on my subscription?
On the Website:
- Log in to Madison-Reed.com
- Click on “Account”
- Click on “My Subscriptions”
- Click on “More ” and select "Change Color"
- Next to the subscription you would like to change the color, click "More"
- Select "Change Color"
- A pop up of “Hair Color Virtual Try on” will appear where you can either try it on live, upload a photo or view shades on our models
- Once you have found your new shade, click "Select"
- You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"
On the Mobile App:
- Make sure you are logged into the mobile app.
- Once you are logged in, click “Membership” icon at the bottom of the home screen.
- From there your subscription will be visible and you can manage it through the app. Change the color, add products, cancel shipments, etc. It’s all right there for you to manage.
