Wow, what a year. 
(Understatement of the year right there.)
We experienced adversity and we rose up and we Zoomed, and we got through it the only way we can—together. And more Zoom...six feet apart, remotely, but we were stronger together. I don’t know about you, but I consider that a silver lining. 

Another silver lining? You. More of you learned to color your own hair at home this year than ever before...some of you even had your family members color your hair for you, and some of you came to our Hair Color Bars...it was inspiring. You are all resilient, courageous and strong.
