Edit shipping information

How do I edit my shipping information?

On the Website:

If your subscription is scheduled to ship in the next 10 days, scroll down to the box that says Your Subscriptions and Next Shipment info, and click "Manage Subscription"
If your subscription is set to ship in more than 10 days, click on "Purchases" from the top navigation menu
Next to the subscription you would like to cancel, click "Manage"
Scroll down to the box that contains your Shipping Address and Payment Method
Under Shipping Address, click on the pencil icon
Select from previously entered addresses or click "Add address"
Click the purple "Save" button

You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"

On the Mobile App:

Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
At the bottom of the screen there is a “Membership” Icon, tap on that
If you have a Hair Color Subscription or Unlimited Roots Membership, it will appear on this screen.
Scroll down and you will see your delivery address. You can click ‘Change Address’ to make any edits to the delivery address.
Select from previously entered addresses or click "Add address"
Click the purple "Save" button
You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"

To manage your membership information for all future orders, take the following steps:

Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
At the bottom of the screen there is a “More” Icon, tap on that
Click ‘Address Book’
Scroll down and you will see your delivery address. You can click ‘Change Address’ to make any edits to the delivery address.
Select from previously entered addresses or click "Add address"
Click the purple "Save" button

You will see a green banner appear across the top of the screen that says ‘New Address was added successfully”
