So if you’re not happy with how your color turned out, need a different shade, or—for whatever reason—it just wasn’t a good fit, let us know and we’ll make it right. Our licensed colorists are here to help, and they’d love to help you find the right shade or product.
We’re happy to accept returns in their original packaging within 30 days. To return a product, ship online orders back to us using this link to create a FREE return shipping label, or return online orders to a Hair Color Bar near you. Please return Hair Color Bar purchases—including online orders picked up in store—to any Hair Color Bar location. Unless your return is due to our error, we do not refund original shipping charges.
