Clients can cancel their membership at any time online or in the mobile app or by contacting our Color Crew at (888) 550-9586. Clients will have access to member perks until the end of their billing cycle.

You will receive all Limitless Plus Membership perks: free standard shipping on every order, $10 in rewards toward future purchases for every $150 you spend, up to 15% off color kits, one free roots service a year at a Hair Color Bar, 10% off all products and Hair Color Bar services, a birthday gift, plus early access to special offers online and at the Hair Color Bar.

Limitless Plus Members can redeem product & service discounts online at madison-reed.com, in the Madison Reed Mobile App and in any of the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar locations nationwide.

Limitless Plus Members will receive a $10 account credit for every $150 spent at Madison Reed online and in Hair Color Bars. All purchases and services redeemed are eligible towards your earning balance, including gift cards. Rewards may not be put towards your annual membership fee. Clients who are not logged into the site for purchases, and check out as guests will not have their purchase apply towards rewards. Clients can track their reward credits through the Madison Reed app.
